Honestly I loved this place. The owners are so kind and you can tell they really care about their motel. The rooms are clean and updated. Very comfortable bed along with a desk and chair, TV w/ cable, nice bathroom that was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The AC was COLD and was quiet. Plenty of parking with cameras ensuring nothing is amiss. Honestly though I felt very safe here. I went to work at 5a.m. & never felt unsafe. Will say I wish their breakfast was better yet for the price I completely understand. They offered cereal, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, coffee, milk etc. I’d love to see a pancake maker but that’s just me This will be my Go To Motel anytime I’m in or near Winfield, Kansas!! This is quite possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I wasn't sure what to think about the other stellar reviews, but they were right. Wonderful owner; kind, polite, thoughtful. Room was spotless, AC was cold, bed was quite comfortable. Didn't have a hot breakfast, but that's not a big deal for me-lots of snacks and cold drinks. Looking forward for another chance to stay here. I included a photo of the parking lot at night to show how bright it is, which I deeply appreciated.
Very neat and clean. The couple that manage the motel were very pleasant and went the extra mile to see that everything was a very good experience.

Young lady that checked us in was awesome. Room big and spacious. Bed slept good. One lightheaded was not working but no big deal. Easy to find. Good water stream in shower. Ceiling height in bathroom was short. Will stay here again
When you get over hearing the road noise and the train at midnight it's not bad. The bed was great and the bathroom size was big.
